Stephen Lydon was born and raised in Boston Massachusetts. He relocated to Myrtle Beach with his wonderful wife Kathleen and their small in size but "big in attitude" dog, Jack. They left the long winters and snow far behind them in exchange for the beautiful weather and friendly people of The Grand Strand. The only regret is they didn't do it sooner.

His wife’s social calendar is always full, going to events offered by the many social organizations the area has to offer. Even Jack the dog has made many four-legged friends that he met at the dog parks and the many outdoor restaurants that not only allow dogs but offer doggie menus.

Stephen spends his day helping people experience what The Grand Strand has to offer and teaching people about the Myrtle Beach lifestyle. With over thirty years of sales experience, Stephen has a track record of helping people achieve their goals. Clients work hard for their money and they should be part of the process. Stephen listens to his clients and then works with them to make their dreams a reality.
