Brandon Toth
Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Brandon graduated from Washington College with a bachelor’s in psychology. His upbringing and the knowledge from a psychology degree have instilled in him a desire to listen to and help others. He hopes to one day pursue other advanced degrees.
Brandon has worked in the Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach areas for 3 years. He has his Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation. He also has Real Estate Negotiation Expert and Pricing Strategy Advisor Certifications, specializing in oceanfront properties, with a particular focus on condotels.
Over the past 3 years, he has become familiar with different buildings along the Grand Strand’s coast and has helped his clients buy and sell beachfront units, along with individual homes, townhouses, and apartments a bit more inland and away from the ocean.
