I’m Celene Toth, a coastal Realtor® based in Barefoot Resort, proudly serving North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, and the entire Grand Strand. I started in real estate by managing my own oceanfront short-term rentals, and that hands-on experience led to a full-time career helping others invest wisely and live their coastal dreams since 2016.

Q: Why are you a good fit for Real Estate? 

- A: Real estate is a natural fit for me because I love helping people make their dreams of owning a coastal property come true. 

Q: Where are you originally from? 

- A: I’m originally from Maryland, where I grew up going to Ocean City for beach vacations each year.  My love of the beach started then and has just continued to grow.   

Q: What brought you to the area? 

- A: My husband and I invested in oceanfront condos and eventually made the move permanent.  

Q: What are your favorite local restaurants? 

- A: I love Sea Captain’s House for its history and views, Blueberry’s Grill for brunch, Crave for Italian. There are so many gems here! 

Q: What are your favorite activities in your downtime? 

- A: I enjoy beach walks and catching up with friends and family. 

Q: What are your favorite sports teams? 

- A: I root for the Baltimore Ravens and the Orioles—my Maryland roots run deep! 

Q: Do you have any pets? 

- A: Yes, I have a sweet, color-headed white sheltie, Harmony, who loves the beach too!

- A: I’m passionate about protecting animals.
