Recently, she relocated to Myrtle Beach, drawn by family roots as her parents settled there in retirement. 1. Why are you a good fit for Real Estate?
I believe I’m a great fit for real estate because of the unique combination of skills from my career in television, particularly as a casting producer. In that role, I honed skills in understanding people’s needs, building relationships, and effectively communicating which are all essential in real estate. My background in New York City’s fast-paced industry taught me resilience and adaptability, which are critical in the competitive world of the real estate market.
2. Where are you originally from?
I was born and raised in Queens, NY.
3. What brought you to the area?
I recently relocated to Myrtle Beach, drawn by family roots as my parents settled here in retirement. This move to Myrtle Beach brings fresh insight and a commitment to the community, motivated by my personal connection to the area. Plus, my passion for helping people makes me naturally inclined to support clients through one of life’s biggest decisions: finding a forever home.
4. What are your favorite local restaurants?
Some of my favorite local restaurants include Cutty’s for the perfect pizza slice, River Oaks for a good chicken parmigiana, SOHO for Asian Fusion, and Sol Y Luna for Latin.
5. What are your favorite activities in your downtime?
Being a married working mom of two leaves very little downtime, but organizing our schedules or our house is what I enjoy the most. I find it relaxing to plan things out and create structure, whether it’s for my week or helping others organize their time. It’s a creative and satisfying way for me to unwind.
6. What are your favorite Sports Teams?
Some of my favorite sports teams include the NY Mets & NY Jets.
7. Do you play any sports?
While I don't play any sports myself, I spend at least three days a week taking my two children to baseball, basketball, boxing, and dance.
8. Do you have any pets?
I have a 10-year-old Shitzu.
9. What are you passionate about?
My passion changes with my circumstances. My children and family are always at the top of the list, but I also feel passionate about excelling at everything I take on, especially in real estate, where I’m committed to being successful not only as a real estate professional but also as a savvy buyer. I love the idea of fully immersing myself in the industry; from helping others find their dream homes to making smart investments of my own. This dual perspective gives me insight into both sides of the process, strengthening my ability to relate to my clients’ experiences. Real estate isn’t just a career for me; it’s an all-encompassing passion where I thrive on the excitement of both finding and creating value.
10. How important is Customer Service to you?
Customer service is extremely important to me. I believe it’s the foundation of building trust and strong relationships, which is essential in any field but especially in real estate. Whether I’m guiding someone through a challenging process or simply answering questions, I want my clients to feel supported, valued, and confident in every step. I’m committed to providing prompt communication, active listening, and going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Ultimately, my goal is to create lasting relationships built on trust and satisfaction, making each client feel like they’re my top priority.
