Marianthe started her career working in consumer protection for the Federal Government in DC. Her passion for real estate propelled a major career change, and she accepted a position in the real estate department of a prestigious NYC law firm. She handled residential, commercial and Lenders’ closings. She was assigned, “The Specials” and handled real estate transactions for celebrities and famous clients. She was also fortunate to work on National and International high-profile cases.

Marianthe was a member of her city’s Planning Board and the Mayor’s Advisory Board. She was elected City Committee Woman. She is the founder of a Citizens Action Group that successfully fought a toxic waste plant from operating on the banks of the Raritan Bay, in full view of the Atlantic Ocean. That site was later converted into a recreation area for public use.

Marianthe’s passion, drive, and knowledge of real estate is a real asset. She has worked on both sides of HOAs, with developers and also as an elected board member/officer.
