Originally from Connecticut, Justin Gaines is a dedicated and disciplined individual with a passion for serving his community. He holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Western New England College. After earning his degree, Justin served his country for 11-plus years as a United States Marine Corps Officer. 

During his time in the military, he developed a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence.  His purpose is to serve others. Justin Gaines leveraged his background and experience to pursue a career in real estate.

Why are you a good fit for real estate?

I’ve dedicated my life to serving others. I have a strong work ethic, committed to consistent two-way communication, and excellence.  Furthermore, have a deep understanding of the hesitation and anxiety that comes with making life altering decisions.  As a prior Marine Officer, I’ve instilled the mindset of never being satisfied and failure is not an option. 

Where are you originally from?

I’m originally from Connecticut but have lived in Virginia, North Carolina, Alabama, Oklahoma, and California. 

What brought you to the area? 

I bought a condo in 2014 in Calabash, NC at Crow Creek Golf Club. After my years of service, I moved back to the area because I fell in love with the Grand Strand.

What are your favorite local restaurants?

Rip Tidez in Myrtle Beach 

What are your favorite activities during your downtime?

Running and training working dogs 

What are your favorite sports teams?

UConn Huskies Basketball, Oregon Ducks Football, and the Atlanta Falcons 

Do you play any sports? If so, what sport (s) do you play?

I played football at the college level.

Do you have any pets?

Purebred German Shepard named Achilles 

What are you passionate about?

Serving others. My passion is to coach, mentor, and lead individuals past their potential.

How important is Customer Service to you?

Extremely important, we are in a people business. The needs of the consumer (clients) come first. We are all part of the team that is the idea of the American dream.  I have mastered and embodied the value of selflessness throughout my career, which results in customer satisfaction. If our clients win, then we win.
