1.  Why are you a good fit for Real Estate?

 - I love talking and working with people to help solve their problems. My best friends are who, what, why, when, where, and how. Find out people’s needs, wants, and requirements. I can help them find what they are looking for, almost every time.

2.  Where are you originally from?

 - Henderson NC

3.  What brought you to the area?

 - We bought a condo here in 2009, and when our son graduated HS we moved here full-time in 2020. He graduated from CCU and is now going into the ministry.

4.  What are your favorite local restaurants?

 - Bar 1912, Clark’s Seafood, MBYC Officers Club, Cape Fear Seafood.

5.  What are your favorite activities in your downtime?

 - FISHING, I chartered my boat here for 15 years and just love to fish. Also, I play golf, but that is more to spend 4 hours or so with my boys when I can.

6.  What are your favorite Sports Teams?

 - UNC Tar Heels, CCU

7.  Do you play any sports? If so, what sport(s) do you play?

 - Tournament fishing, Golf

 - 2 Dogs... Alvin and Keenan
