Century 21 Barefoot Realty

Hi, I’m Bonnie Narcisi! My journey has been anything but ordinary, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I spent 35 amazing years as a Performing Arts Teacher, helping students find their voices, embrace their creativity, and shine both on and off stage. Guiding young talent and watching them grow was one of the most fulfilling parts of my life.

After retiring from teaching, I jumped headfirst into real estate—a field where I could continue helping people, just in a different way.

With over 20 years in the business (and the last 7 as a Top Producing Agent!), I’ve loved helping families find their dream homes and supporting clients through one of life’s biggest milestones. I bring the same energy and dedication to real estate as I did to my teaching career.

Whether I’m negotiating deals, mentoring a first-time homebuyer, or rolling up my sleeves to stage a property, I thrive on building relationships and making the process enjoyable and stress-free.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me playing darts, shooting pool, or enjoying a round of mini-golf. I also love getting lost in a captivating book, singing a little karaoke, and—most of all—cheering on my grandkids!

Let’s connect—I’d love to hear your story and see how I can help you achieve your goals!

Getting to Know Me

1. Why are you a good fit for Real Estate?

 - I enjoy people – I’m a good teacher, negotiator, and problem solver. I truly love to help: I love matching up the right home with new owners.

2. Where are you originally from?

 - Worcester Massachusetts

3. What brought you to the area?

 - My eldest son and grandchildren moved to Wilmington, NC, and I wanted to be able to spend quality time with them. Also, I have never enjoyed freezing temperatures, snow, and ice!

4. What are your favorite local restaurants?

 - Parkway Bistro in Longs, SC (Italian) & Taco Mundo at Barefoot Landing (Mexican)

5. What are your favorite activities in your downtime?

 - Curling up with a good book, enjoying my 2 dogs, shooting pool, darts, and mini-golf, spending quality time at the pool (of course, the beach as well! My favorite is Cherry Grove), Karaoke, and most of all: spoiling and cheering on my grandchildren!

6. What are your favorite Sports Teams?

 - The Celtics and the Kansas City Chiefs

7. Do you play any sports? If so, what sport(s) do you play?

 - I used to play tennis and golf – now mini-golf is more my speed.

8. Do you have any pets?

 - I have a Cavachon named Mellie, a Shih tzu named Olivia (She’s a mischievous puppy in the chewing stage…!), and a cat named Inky.

9. What are you passionate about?

 - I have a passion for cooking (when I have the time to do it right), music, and theatre.

10. How important is Customer Service to you?

 - Customer Service is paramount. I think it was bred into me at my first real job – a shift manager at McDonald’s (Would you like an apple pie with that?) I believe I really take the time to listen to what folks need and want.
