Steve McIntosh
Born in Charlotte and after a few years at UNCC, I entered the USN and served aboard a submarine. Returning to Charlotte from the Navy I began a career in real estate. After many years in Charlotte where I also earned a general contractors license, I moved to the Carolina coast to continue a real estate and building career.
I’ve helped first-time buyers experience the joy of home ownership. I’ve helped couples to find their forever home. I’ve helped investors in multiple projects from land for development to oceanfront homes and condos.
